Hey, G2-ers! I'm trying to find the right chatbot platform to support my friend's small business. Have you used any of these, or is there another you'd recommend?
IBM watsonx Assistant: A virtual assistant platform that uses AI to automate customer interactions across chat, voice, and messaging channels — no coding required.
- Botpress: An open-source platform for developers to build custom chatbots with advanced control over conversational flows and integrations.
- Microsoft Copilot Studio: A low-code tool to create bots that integrate with Microsoft Teams and Power Platform for automating tasks and support.
- Kore.ai: An AI-native platform offering ready-to-use bots and tools to build custom virtual assistants for support, HR, and more.
- Google Cloud Dialogflow: Google’s conversational AI platform for building chat and voice bots with natural language understanding.
I’ve also seen chatter about Rasa and Tidio, especially among early-stage startups, but haven’t tested them myself yet. I've been researching some of the best bot platforms for small businesses, and a few stood out, any feedback would be appreciated!
I'm leaning towards something that's easy to set up but can also grow with us, so a platform that keeps up-to-date!
