Question on: Stoplight
Which is the best method of splitting OpenAPIs ?OpenAPI documents

There's many ways to separate an Open API specification file, but it all boils down to using `$ref`. You can use `$ref` in certain contexts to refer to other specification files for components or even JSON Schema files.
Stoplight Studio can help you manage your refs as well: https://meta.stoplight.io/docs/platform/ZG9jOjM2OTM3Mjk0-using-references

Question on: Postman
Always getting an update PopupWhenever I open the postman application, the update popup appears. How to disable this popup?

Have you updated the software? I don't get that update popup when I am up to date. There are a lot of good reasons to run the updates as well, but if you are running those updates and still get the window, you might check your version of Postman against the latest version on their website. At my writing of this, the latest version for Windows is Postman v9.7.1. I would make sure your update is actually happening.
Gear Icon > Settings > About
If not you may want to uninstall it and reinstall it. You can export all of your profiles and then import them again later.
To Export:
1. Right click on Collection in collection list on the left side of the screen
2. Select Export
3. Chose the name of the JSON file from their options (it is versioned) and click export. The default export format is JSON.
4. Select the location you want the export and click Save
To import:
1. Click the Import button in the upper left hand corner of the application
2. Select "File" in the top tabs and then click the "Upload Files" button.
3. Navigate to your exported JSON file from the Export process above and click Open.
4. Verify it is the collection file you want to import and then click the orange Import button.
Most of this is probably obvious to you, but just in case someone else comes across this that is new to the software, I figured I would be verbose.
