I use Zoom Workplace every day for work, especially for team meetings and quick calls with my manager. I love the screen sharing feature because it's super easy to use without any lagging, and it solves the headache of trying to explain things over long emails. I can just hop on a quick Zoom call, share my screen, and fix issues together in two minutes. The screen sharing is my favorite part because it lets you hand over control to someone else, making it easy to work on documents together or show exactly what you mean. The digital whiteboard feature is also pretty cool; we use it to map out ideas during calls when text isn't enough, and it's handy for visual planning since everyone can draw on it at the same time. I find the connection with Google Calendar incredibly useful because it automatically creates a Zoom link whenever I set up a meeting, without having to open the app separately. We switched from Google Meet to Zoom Workplace because it handles larger team meetings better and doesn't lag as much during screen sharing. The initial setup was really simple for our small team, and we figured it out on day one without needing help or guides.
