We use the software to notify team members of homeowners that need to speak to different associates from various departments regarding home, agriculture, business and commercial exemptions. The application is really a great and my opinion, DCAD made a great choice to procure this application.

I love that you can toggle to the monthly view to get a bigger overview of what to expect for appointments throughout the year. The interface is very visually pleasing, and I love the check marks feature that lets us know if someone has confirmed their appointment, or if a guest has completed their appointment or is being served currently. The initial setup of Waitwhile was very easy.
