I really like that Waitwhile makes it possible for our patrons to book their own appointments at their convenience, which I find much simpler than managing phone calls and messages. This feature makes the whole process more patron-focused, which is what we aim for. I also appreciate the fast communication it provides with our clients, especially in knowing if they have arrived or are delayed, through website chats and email reminders. It's been a great tool to enhance our communication and relationship with patrons. Plus, it's easy to access and navigate, even for someone using it for the first time.

Very efficient, super customizable, whenever I have a question the chat responds very quickly and solves my problem. We use it during busy days, as we are seasonal, it is easy to adjust our subscription type. Easy for all employees who need to work with the system. We do not use the queue system for our needs, but it could really be easy and practical for other businesses.
