What stands out most is how seamless it is for our users and customers. The UI is very responsive and consistently works without fail. The integrations feel endless, with APIs, AppClips, and kiosk displays. Onboarding was straightforward, and training our team was effortless. The cost is something we’re happy to pay for the ease of use it adds for both our customers and staff. As a Business Systems Manager, there’s almost nothing that requires my attention, which is important.

User friendly and dependable. We use the software to notify team members of homeowners that need to speak to different associates from various departments regarding home, agriculture, business and commercial exemptions. The application is really a great and my opinion, DCAD made a great choice to procure this application.
