I like how organized Waitwhile is and how clean the UI is. It's seamless to view and create appointments, which helps manage multiple people timely. Waitwhile provides appointment time, previous visits, and reasoning for creating appointments, making it an organized tool. The initial setup was super easy.

Waitwhile is extremely user friendly. It is very easy to navigate, even for someone who isn't great with computers. I especially like that while booking appointments, it predicts the patient's name after entering just a few letters of their last name. Then I only have to verify that it is the correct patient by matching their information to what I have and then confirming that I am in the appropriate time slot.

Intuitive and easy to use, not hard to figure out
