Waitwhile is extremely user friendly. It is very easy to navigate, even for someone who isn't great with computers. I especially like that while booking appointments, it predicts the patient's name after entering just a few letters of their last name. Then I only have to verify that it is the correct patient by matching their information to what I have and then confirming that I am in the appropriate time slot.

Intuitive and easy to use, not hard to figure out

I find Waitwhile easy to use, which is a big plus for me. It helps me effectively ensure that clients sign in on time. I also appreciate being able to see what the client is here for, who is helping them, and how long they've been waiting. Additionally, the initial setup of Waitwhile was super easy, which made getting started a breeze.
