I like that Waitwhile can be configured to meet the specific needs of our shop, which is really helpful. We don't use the booking feature, just the waitlist, and the kiosk option is a big advantage since it lets clients check in without using their phones—just walk in and use the kiosk. It's great that I can put the waitlist on screens, making it more efficient. The waitlist features keep us organized and make the barbershop more efficient by eliminating the need for manual pen and paper, fully digitizing the process to help our barbers focus more on their work. Also, the initial setup was very easy and user-friendly, requiring little technical knowledge, which made getting started a breeze.

I like Waitwhile for several reasons. The interface is divided into sections like waitlist, serving, and completed, which makes it simple and easy to use without needing any particular documentation. Anyone can use it with ease due to its straightforward user interface. I also appreciate the chat interface, which allows me to directly chat with students, and they can send messages back, which makes the chat feature really useful.
