It's use of AI to help build the forms quickly

I like the options it offers and the flexibility it allows in creating forms for various purposes, with several formats and formatting options available. Additionally, it has been introducing new features, making the tool increasingly complete.

It is really easy to put together surveys, the branching works really well. I also like how you can edit the branding to align with different clients that I work with. In Typeform, they are regularly adding updates which is always elevating the experience.
