What I like best about Typeform is how easy it is to create professional-looking forms for our daily work. We mainly use it for customer feedback, lead collection, and product inquiry forms on our website and Shopify store. The drag-and-drop builder and conditional logic save time, and the conversational form style has helped improve response completion rates compared to our previous setup.

I find Typeform very intuitive, which is a big plus for me. I like the AI feature that's been added recently because it makes things easier, reducing the amount of research and thinking I have to do. Also, the price point is something that I like. The initial setup of Typeform was very easy for my team.

It was really easy to use the AI tool to help build out the survey. It was also very easy to upload a CSV and use the AI to expand on the questionnaire. The integratoin with Klaviyo is also great, jsut wish the integration with Shopify was better.
