as a Dietitian and Nutritionist and also someone who creates health education content online, Typeform is helping me collect patient and audience information in a much more organized and professional way. i use it for nutrition pre consultation forms, health assessment forms, webinar registrations, lifestyle surveys, and patient feedback related work. the one question at a time format makes forms look clean and easier for people to complete, specially during online health awareness programs and nutrition consultations. i also like that different question types, conditional logic, customization, branding, logic flow, and response management features are available together. this helps me create different forms according to patient needs instead of using the same basic form for everyone. performance has also been good in my regular use because forms load smoothly, responses get collected properly, and the overall form experience feels simple for both me and the people filling the forms. ease of Use feels very good because forms can be created and edited without much technical work.
