Customer Service is the best I have ever experienced.

The most helpful about using Therapy Notes is their Customer Service. First of all, they are available up to midnight! The representatives are kind, friendly, and experts at knowing the software. They always tell me they are happy to help and to call anytime. The software speaks for itself as far as all it does and can do to automate administration.

I like that therapy notes is organized in a way that things are easy to find and input as long as you have all the necessary info to input. It's useful to keep track and scheduling
