Amazing & Knowledgable Customer Service

TherapyNotes is simply the best in customer service. TN is constantly evolving with new features and listens to their customers. Not only are they accessible by phone or email, they are friendly and always have the answer to your question. Many times the issue is customer user error, but yet they are just as eager to help you when might be part of the problem! I cannot recommend TherapyNotes enough!

Amazing Customer Service

I started my own behavioral health private practice and it was a scary endeavor. TherapyNotes took away much of my worries with their user friendly platform and AMAZING customer service! The third party vendor for credentialing, GreenPointMed is also equally incredible!
