Therapy Support customer service is always helpful and they do the research to get the right answers. I never dread calling them and I know they are always there to help, whether to confirm that my next steps are correct or to guide me through new processes. Also, I feel that Therapy Notes Billing processes are steadily improving thanks to their team, who are always willing to listen and troubleshoot alongside billers like me.

TherapyNotes offers a great EHR product at a competitive price. The company works hard to make improvements and is continually adding functionality by adding new features. For a sophisticated EHR system, much of it is laid out intuitively and there is a library of how-to videos and tutorials available for review. I have contacted the support staff a few times and I have always been very satisfied with how quickly I was able to have my issues resolved. What is prompting this review is that earlier today I realized that I had made some coding errors (CPT codes, modifiers, and POS codes) which were totally my fault for entering incorrectly. I ended up having a 45 minute phone conversation with customer support where they walked me through the solutions and helped me get back on track- I did not feel rushed even once, and the staff was warm, friendly and supportive.

I love TherapyNotes customer service! They are always SO helpful! I love that TN is updating their system constanlty to include new features based on feedback from users! It is easy to learn and easy to use! When you use TN all day every day, it's important that you love it and we do! I am so glad I chose TN as my EHR 2 years ago!
