With Therapy Notes, you can have everything in one place such as mail, billing, notes, client information, and so much more. I believe they have a more modern look compared to competitors.

Good product with regular development changes

|TherapyNotes
Writing individual notes is easy and linked directly to your schedule. The schedule can also be linked to your Google or Apple calendar, so you can view availability without having to log in to a computer. The To-Do list provides reminders of paperwork updates (treatment plans, consents, etc), so I no longer have to track that on paper. The billing system seems to work relatively well, though I use a contractor (Practice Solutions) for that so have no direct experience with the system.
