It saves a lot of time typing out, repetitive paragraphs and senses

It helps save me time with repeated predefs and the option to custize some of the snippets with dynamic data makes it perfect while dealing with dates etc..

Quick and easy way to do repetitive wording tasks without having to retype the content. The new date picker has made this even more useful. I find this easier to use than macros in Salesforce but use this almost exclusively with updates being made in Salesforce or emails. Time saver which provides a valuable, easy to use solution.
