TextExpander is an unseen hero in my day-to-day work life. While I don't log into TE daily, I do use the tool through its Chrome extension multiple times a day. TE on the surface is a simple tool: you create snippets - chunks of text you use often - and then make a 'shortcut' for them. When you type said shortcut, the snippet "expands" from your text. Hence TextExpander. And while this sounds simple, it's absolutely revolutionary in your daily life. From adding my signature to emails, remembering my calendar link, following up on meetings, and even sending legal letters, TE makes 15-60 minute emails take 2-3 minutes to write.
