The main thing I live is the ability to integrate the tax software into my e-commerce store.

TaxCloud has been super easy and a seamless experience. As a new e-commerce owner, I needed an affordable solution to automate/fully handle my sales taxes. The support team has been great, onboarding easy, and filing is a no brainer.

TaxCloud is always available to help, whether it be by email or by phone. I have worked directly with a few agents and all have been willing to look into whatever needs we may have. I took over a new role within my position and was needing assistance where TaxCloud stepped in to help with that learning curve. Rianna P was helping assist me with a project and then Ginia Hines has especially been helpful going above and beyond with all my other needs.
