I really like the very good technical support and ease of use of TaxCloud. It allows us to upload our own tax exemption forms, which saves time. They also customized the program to meet our specific needs, like having our accountant handle state taxes while TaxCloud tracks state orders. I appreciate that TaxCloud calculates tax quickly without constantly contacting the server, which speeds up Quickbooks and prevents crashes. Even though we manually enter orders from outside our ecommerce platform, TaxCloud makes that process fairly easy.

I use TaxCloud for filing nexus for my website. I find that TaxCloud keeps track of each state's requirements and does the filings for them, which is really helpful. I like that the cost is very reasonable for smaller businesses. The setup for TaxCloud was very easy, and they have a great onboarding system.
