I like how I can easily file the sales tax to all the states through TaxCloud because they take care of everything, instead of me having to manage it manually for all 50 states. TaxCloud calculates the sales tax for all my Shopify store orders and files the sales tax to the states automatically at the end of the month. I also find the initial setup very easy.

Once it's set up properly, TaxCloud seems fairly easy to use, which I really like. The support I've received from them has been great. One of the best parts is the set it and forget it type of integration with my online commerce website, BigCommerce, which makes it so I don't even need to think about it.

Customer service is very helpful with questions you have. They respond in a timely manner as well. Entering sales tax exemptions into the system are very easy as well.
