The software is extremely intuitive when it comes to Nexus tracking and the support is brilliant. As a UK Chartered Accountant and the various different registeration thresholds and so on, the support team are always willing and quick to reply to queries.

I like how I can easily file the sales tax to all the states through TaxCloud because they take care of everything, instead of me having to manage it manually for all 50 states. TaxCloud calculates the sales tax for all my Shopify store orders and files the sales tax to the states automatically at the end of the month. I also find the initial setup very easy.

The integration is easy and seamless, with no extra system dependencies. It makes managing tax calculations much simpler, since I don’t have to handle them myself or set everything up manually, which is a big plus.
