What I like most about TaxCloud is how it makes multi-state sales tax compliance feel far more manageable for a small ecommerce business. The pricing feels reasonable, the filing coverage is solid, and the platform gives me a practical way to stay on top of state filings without letting compliance turn into a major overhead burden. I’ve also had a good experience with the support team. When I’ve reached out with specific questions about reports, filing responsibility, or transaction details, they’ve been helpful and responsive, which has made the overall transition feel much easier.

UPDATE... Not quite a week but for sure a few days. You may have to push them a bit. Once you connect with someone their support is good. But what used to take 24 hours now takes days. You also used to get phone support but now you need a premium account for this.
