We've used several sales tax compliance services, but none come close to the reliability and affordability of TaxCloud. Their integrations with our software are very quick and straight forward to set up, and their service is far cheaper than other options we've tried (by several orders of magnitude in some cases). TaxCloud has been a game-changer for managing multi-state tax compliance efficiently and cost-effectively. We have a collection of over 70 stores, and nexus in 31 states, so trying to manage compliance ourselves was an absolute nightmare.

The customer service team has been stellar (I've worked with Rianna, JT, and Melanie) - not only do they answer the phone or call back in a timely manner, they are also available by email, which is hugely appreciated. Making clients feel valuable, and their concerns a priority is a big deal - TaxCloud has always done this, and each team member has come across as sincerely eager to solve any issues that arise.

The reliability of the API and performance of the data flow is really good. We are reliably able to populate the sales tax information and monitor our transactions with woocomerce with ease. Support team has also been really helpful and responsive.
