The integration with Gmail is great, and the archiving system is good too. I enjoy the keyboard shortcuts that make everything quicker and the ability to do everything without having to use my mouse. The connectors to AI programs like Claude make it even easier and quicker to handle my emails. The initial setup was very easy, and I find the overall experience seamless, which is why I'd rate it a ten out of ten.

The Scheduler is genuinely useful - it suggests the best time to send an email to someone, which takes the guesswork out of timing. The Snippets feature (canned email templates) has been a lifesaver - during a particularly high-volume stretch when I was sending close to a thousand emails, Snippets made that manageable. The keyboard shortcuts for deleting, categorizing, and marking emails done are also excellent and speed up my day-to-day inbox management significantly. I also use the Claude integration, which fits well into how I already work, and performance overall has been great - the app is fast and reliable even with a high volume of email. Support has also been a highlight. When I ran into an issue, they responded quickly, and when I requested a feature, they got back to me fast as well. On pricing, my company covers the subscription, and for the value it provides I'd call it reasonable, though I'd imagine the value calculus varies depending on how heavily someone uses it.
