As a practitioner running a mobile OT practice, Splose handles everything I need in one place. The UI/UX is clean and intuitive; no bloat, easy to navigate on the go. Integrations with my calendar and Xero are seamless and save me re-entering data everywhere. Performance is reliable; it loads fast and I've had almost no downtime. Pricing/ROI is well worth it. The hours I save on documentation and invoicing more than justify the cost. Support is very good and quick. The newer AI features for note-taking and admin are a nice bonus that keeps getting better.

Easy to navigate and use, very intuitive.

It is really simple to use, whilst also providing everything I need out of a CMS. Typically, it runs smoothly, although more recently there have been some delays, Splose have been on to it and working through fixing it's response speed. I use Xero as the only integration but it is really quick and easy to set up and never had any difficulties with it. Price wise, I think it is great value for money, I pay extra for the AI function but would love to see the sms function included in the base price. Support has been incredible, nothing is ever too much to ask.
