I like how Splose saves me a lot of time by making the process of booking appointments, invoicing, and reconciling payments smooth and simple. I appreciate the simplicity of use and the ability to chat for help. Its integration with other software, particularly Xero, saves me time in issuing and reconciling payments and invoices. The AI feature is helpful to summarize and save time on administrative tasks like note writing. I find the calendar feature very helpful as it gives me a quick and easy-to-use way to manage my appointments. The initial setup was pretty easy with the support of the team and people already using the software.

I like that I can set up intake forms and send the links to clients. It takes some work off me and standardised my forms, which is really helpful for managing my practice efficiently.

It’s intuitive and covers all of my needs. I particularly like the help that’s available—most things can be resolved through the chatbot, and if not, the staff are helpful as well.
