The user interface is very intuitive and logging communication is easy, Staff enjoy the customisable colours of the calendar

We've been using Splose for about 2 years now. They have a simple and easy to navigate UI/UX interface which we love. They recently updated "busy times" with more variety that helps staff manage their schedule better. The Xero integration is handy and really reduces admin time for overlaps. Splose has been a great CRM in keeping tracking of client cases. So great to see how proactive they are in keeping up with changes to the NDIS and rolling out relevant features for businesses in the industry. The Helpdesk chat is always efficient and helpful with any queries. We've yet to utilise the AI function for notes due to costs but can imagine it being very handy.

I chose Splose because of the competitive pricing, automation features, and online booking portal. The system is user-friendly. I appreciate the ease of use, automation, and visual appeal that prompted my team to switch from Halaxy. The initial setup was very easy, and Splose provided good support.
