Easy access to support and helpful information given from representatives,

I have been a Splose subscriber since 2021 and have trialled other systems, but with the needs of my mini business, Splose was the easiest to use. The team are always open for feedback and in the recent NDIS price changes, made the necessary update to help us with line item compliance in a short amount of time. I understand some subscribers have asked or potential customers are looking for a Splose app to use on mobile/tablet devices but the "direct" access to the Splose platform using your device's internet browser works perfectly fine as the interface adjusts to the size of your device. I have used Splose on my iphone, ipad and Macbook Air and have never had an issue. The changes/notes made happens straightaway rather than relying on a separate app to transfer that data. Integration with Google cal and Outlook - only one way sync to outlook though. I occasionally use the AI feature as I use another separate platform for that. Pricing is reasonable for the features. Overall, very satisfied.

I like that splose brings the core parts of allied health practice management into one clean, easy-to-use platform. Scheduling, notes, invoicing and NDIS admin feel much more streamlined, which saves time and reduces unnecessary double-handling.
