The customizable fields that all interlink

Splose makes it easy to store, record and view client data and appointment details. Navigation is easy, along with creating forms to suit your needs. I think it's super user friendly once you get the hang of it. The integration with Xero is great, and the Splose AI feature is helpful although I'm yet to fully utilise it's capabilities. I think the pricing is fair, and the AI support chat and help guides are useful for quick answers. Sometimes the response from the human support agents can be slow, but it's not that often that I need to contact them. Overall I would say the performance of Splose is great. There are a few areas that I think could do with improving, but they have a section where you can submit ideas so hopefully some of my submissions turn into edits on the site.

I have used Splose since starting my private practice. It takes the hassle out of client management. Easy to schedule clients, send automatic appointment reminders which decrease DNA's and batch invoicing which is great. It would be good in the future if they integrated with Hnry, but I am aware that they do integrate with Xero (but this is too expensive as a solo practitioner. I found that Splose was a more affordable option as a solo practitioner. Great help videos and support available. I am aware that it has AI available but I have not utilised this. Performance is fast and means that I spend less time on admin.
