I like that Tekmetric includes a feature board where we can request new things we'd like to see, and those requests are taken seriously and worked on. It's a system for shops, built by shops. I appreciate the new phone system, which allows us to track and score our calls, helping us evaluate how well our service advisors are performing. The initial setup was fairly easy with the help from Tekmetric in setting everything up, especially our inventory. I also value the ability to submit our desired features or issues, knowing they will be addressed.

I love the fact that the software engineers take time to schedule a meeting with me, putting my input to work in the program. Tekmetric is the 1 program that we use that is constantly evolving to put out a better product.
