I really like being able to easily provide pictures and videos of faults to our clients. the fact that I can grab my phone and have evidence of a failure in out customers hands in minutes really helps to maintain a good trust and rapport with clients, especially those that are weary of mechinaic to begin with.

Tekmetric is constantly improving based on the requests of the users. It has many features to track daily work flow. The interface is very user friendly and easy to follow. There are many integrations that make ordering and tracking financials easy. We almost never have any down time and we have access to the system on the computer and on our phones.
