I like how all-inclusive the platform is. It is very user friendly and easy to learn how to use. Visually it looks nice and is easy to navigate. The customer support is helpful and quick to answer. We use PartsTech for most every part order so having that integration along with Back Office, has made this process so much simpler. One thing we were concerned about coming into using Tekmetric was the performance consistence because we have used other shop management software that crashed often, but that has not been the case with Tekmetric. Even when there have been technical issues, the tracker to see how resolution is coming along was a welcomed surprise. You don't have to guess if something is being done about it, you can see when they are working on it and at what times the issue at hand has been affecting shops. We have only used the AI function for quick questions (the chatbot) but it was helpful and quick to resolve the question so that was nice. Also the pricing is competitive. As a small shop, this is one of the biggest investments we have but for the things offered and the set up and support, we honestly cant imagine not having it. Hopefully that doesn't mean prices are going to go up drastically.

I like how Tekmetric allows inspections to be done on the phone. The feature where pictures taken for inspections do not save to my personal camera roll is really helpful. It helps keep my work pictures and personal pictures separate, solving the issue of having too many pictures on my phone from work.

I like that Tekmetric does a great job of tracking every part of an invoice, so I can clearly and easily see both my strengths and weaknesses on my profit and loss statement, as well as targets and approved and declined work,
