I like that Syncro has built a platform that displays all device information, related customer data, and communication all on one page. I also enjoy that Syncro tracks my individual progress against my coworkers and as a collective whole, which gives me the incentive to push my performance to a deeper level. I also like the restore feature; if the page crashes, the info is able to be restored.

Since we started using Syncro, I have found that as time passes it has become my go to application for supporting end users. I especially prefer using the Splashtop feature over connecting to machines using the Background tools.

I like that Syncro provides everything that other RMMs lacked, offering a complete solution for our needs. The smart ticket search feature is particularly useful as it allows me to find similar tickets and see resolutions without creating a knowledge base, saving a lot of time. The new integration with M365 is great because it makes password resets a breeze and eliminates the need to switch between different portals. I also appreciate the baseline checks that help double check configurations, ensuring everything is set correctly. The initial setup was very easy for my team, making it accessible and convenient.
