I like how Mindbody helps me track potential customers from their first inquiry through follow-ups and membership conversations, replacing the need for spreadsheets. The reporting and dashboard features are great for managers to monitor sales, attendance, client interactions, payrolls, staffing, and other important performance metrics. I also appreciate that managers can coordinate schedules, payroll, performance reviews, and staffing activities from one system. Setting up Mindbody was instant, which was a huge relief.

For the most part, it's a one-stop software for the majority of our client-facing operations.

The Mindbody Business app is great, and the scheduling screen is good as well.
