On the operations side, it handles all our recurring autopays, email follow-ups, and ClassPass integration completely on autopilot. Being able to use backend logic like "pricing relationships" is a huge win—it lets one membership cover yoga, Pilates, and strength seamlessly without cluttering up our class schedule. On top of that, setting up custom promo codes for events, assigning room capacities, and adjusting package expirations is super straightforward. Plus, having a dedicated Customer Success Manager to help us build out the backend correctly made getting ready for launch way easier. Ultimately, it gives us a clean, professional app for our clients while keeping our business side fully organized
