I like using Mindbody for sending targeted email and text campaigns based on customer behavior, membership status, or interest. I also find the self-check-in capabilities really helpful as they allow members to check themselves in, reducing congestion and administrator work. One of the things I like most is the reporting tool, which provides visibility into sales, attendance, client data, payroll, staffing, and business trends. Plus, the initial setup was instant, which was great.
