The UI is genuinely easy to work with. New users get up to speed quickly without much hand-holding, which keeps the training burden low. The integration with our ERP package is native and works very well. Performance has been solid throughout, with no noticeable slowdowns in day-to-day use. Pricing sits at the higher end of the market. It’s more expensive than the lower-level tools, and while the time savings offset a fair part of that, it’s still a premium product and should be evaluated as one. Support and onboarding were both excellent. We were guided through setup properly, and questions get answered quickly. The implementation manager was easy to talk to and very flexible with our needs. Where Payhawk really stands out is the AI. It’s used extensively across the platform and adapts easily to our existing transactions, so it starts adding value almost immediately rather than needing months of training data. The biggest benefit for me, though, has been the ability to open bank accounts in multiple currencies that tie directly into the platform. This is a major advantage because it keeps the full chain, from invoice recognition through to payment, in one place. Payment approval becomes much simpler, and it saves a significant amount of time compared to stitching separate tools together.

I like that Payhawk is easy to use and intuitive. It talks directly to our ERP system, saving us hours of admin work. It provides means of payment and helps in getting expenses reimbursed. I appreciate the ability to process approvals and transactions instantly. Once set up correctly, the system does the greatest part of the work for us.
