One of the things I like most about Payhawk is how easy it makes expense management. Whenever we use our corporate cards, the transaction automatically appears in the mobile app. We simply take a photo of the receipt, and Payhawk extracts most of the relevant information, so we only need to review and approve it. <br>The approval workflow has also improved considerably. Managers don't have to wait until the end of the month to approve all the expenses. They can review and approve expenses daily, making the entire process much smoother and reducing unnecessary back-and-forth. <br>In addition, Payhawk has made our monthly reconciliation process with our ERP much faster and more efficient. The information we receive is also more accurate and reliable, which helps reduce manual work and potential errors.

What I like most about Payhawk is its ease of use. It allows me to efficiently manage all employee expenses and credit card transactions in one place. I also appreciate the high level of customization, which enables us to adapt the platform to our specific processes and approval workflows. Finally, the integration with our accounting system is extremely convenient, helping us streamline financial operations and reduce manual work.

I like the use of credit cards and the intuitive menu navigation of Payhawk. I particularly appreciate the invoice approval process. I also find it great that we rolled out Payhawk without a major introduction and everything worked mostly without major inquiries, so everyone could use it without onboarding.
