Payhawk has made day-to-day expense management much more straightforward. I regularly use it to review transactions, upload receipts and provide the information needed for expenses. I am not closely involved with the integrations, but they have worked reliably from my perspective and have not caused any disruption to my workflow. Performance is generally good, and the platform responds smoothly during regular use. My experience with Payhawk’s support team has been excellent. Although I was only partly involved in onboarding, the team listened carefully to our requirements and made a genuine effort to guide us through the process and help resolve any issues. The intelligent data capture is useful when it works and usually extracts information correctly, reducing the amount of manual entry required. However, there is still room for improvement in its consistency, and the extracted details sometimes need to be checked or corrected. I am not involved in pricing decisions, so I cannot comment directly on cost or ROI. From a user’s perspective, however, the clearer process and reduced administrative effort provide noticeable value. An unexpected benefit has been the improved visibility over outstanding expense tasks, which makes it less likely that receipts or required details are forgotten. Overall, Payhawk is a well-designed and reliable platform with particularly strong customer support. Improving the consistency of its intelligent data capture would make the experience even better.
