Owl Practice has been great for managing my psychotherapy business. I really like the user-friendly and intuitive format, which makes it easy to use. The software is very efficient in gathering and storing information securely, which is a significant plus for me. The calendar is easy to navigate, the workflow information is helpful, and the client information is both easily accessible and confidential. The dashboard is also handy as it provides stats that I wouldn't have otherwise. With all my information stored there, it simplifies tracking everything and even makes filing taxes easier. Overall, it fits all my needs in one place.

Essential for Solo Practitioners, Great Usability

I find Owl Practice really intuitive and easy to use, which is great for navigating my solo practice. The support team is also very prompt whenever I need any administrative help. I appreciate having the integrated booking system and client portal as part of the service, though I haven't fully utilized them yet. The initial setup was pretty straightforward, so getting started wasn't overwhelming.
