The ease and organization of the platform and the multiple options there

I use Owl Practice for my private psychotherapy practice and it keeps me organized. I like that it looks after invoicing and receiving for me, and allows my clients to book appointments. It's very intuitive and not difficult to learn, and on rare occasions when I've needed help, I've received almost immediate support from the team. I love the support they offer when I haven't been able to figure out something myself. I find the visual component very clear and easy to understand, and the color coding helps different therapists in my office manage their schedules. The ability to store notes confidentially is really appreciated, along with the scheduling, invoicing, and receiving features. Also, it integrates seamlessly with Heidi, an AI assistant for healthcare providers, which I've been using for a while.
