Good for Practice Management, Needs Better Video & Payment Features

I love how easy it is to use Owl Practice and that you can do everything in one place, so you don't need any other software to run a practice. Financially, it makes a lot of sense for someone starting their own private practice and helps me save money, run efficiently, and stay organized. The scheduling is efficient, and having direct correspondence with clients is really convenient. It also provides a platform to meet with my clients and takes care of financial aspects, such as invoicing and receipts. The initial setup was pretty helpful because I had a consultant guide me through the process.

Effortless Client Management with Stellar Support

I like the ease of use with Owl Practice, which makes it simple to navigate through my tasks. Their customer support is also a big plus for me. I appreciate their help features and like that I can do one-on-one Zoom sessions to learn new information. It’s also easy to record client information and their secure messaging feature allows us to communicate securely with both therapists within the practice and external clients.
