Good for solo, cash-based practitioners, bad for US based insured or multi-state practices

The UI is generally nice, and the workflow tools are helpful. This is likely a good platform for solo practitioners with a cash-only business who operate in a single time zone.

An Amazing Practice Management Software that Lost its Way

I love the reminders via SMS and email that my clients receive and the ability to send forms for clients to complete with a click of a button. I also really appreciate that all of my financial information is captured for the year. I also like the secure messaging feature.
