Overall Positive Experience

|Owl Practice
As a Registered Psychotherapist in private practice, my overall personal experience with Owl has been positive - it has helped streamline my administrative tasks and client scheduling, document organization and storage and video client sessions. The customer service experience has been exceptional - questions and communication have been consistent, timely and friendly/responsive. I appreciate that the Owl Team are focused on responding to customer feedback and implementing improvements. If this trend continues, I anticipate staying with them in the future.

Owl is great!

The video quality is very good. I also love how it helps me stay organized with everything in one place. It's also very user friendly. It was super easy to set up. Customer support has been great whenever I've had a question or an issue. I love how it is integrated with Stripe so that I can charge the client's credit card right after each session.
