Secure and Flexible with Minor Connection Issues

I like being able to change appointment times or lengths on the fly because some appointments go longer or shorter than anticipated. I appreciate the appointment reminders and the secure messaging portal on the platform. I often use the secure note-taking and video call features to communicate with clients, knowing these interactions are safe from privacy concerns. Sharing documents securely with clients is also a big plus for me.
