Amazing AMS - even better customer service
3 years since my last response and Novi continues to impress, dare I say, constantly getting better? They update their software regularly with our user input. I especially love the Novi Summit conference where we gather each year and learn not only Novi-specific information, but general Association know-how.
I highly recommend any Association takes the leap and switches to Novi. You won't regret it, you'll still be thanking yourself years down the road (like us).
