The quick chat feature for simple questions or task help works beautifully. The seamless connection between Quickbooks Online and Constant Contact makes Novi AMS so easy to work with and our website looks fantastic. Although we operate on a very tight budget as a Not for Profit organization, we feel that the value we receive is well worth the price we pay to simplify the user experience as well as the integration features and website development ease of use.
