I like that I can customize Notion based on how I want to work and keep my notes, to-do lists, deadlines, and project plans together in one place. The templates are helpful, and it’s easy to switch between pages and link related information. It saves me time, helps me stay organized, and means I don’t have to jump between as many apps. I can also find things later without spending time searching through files. Getting started with an account, basic notes, and to-do lists was pretty easy, and the templates helped me get started.

I like how easy it is to get thoughts out of my head and put them somewhere I can actually work with. Sometimes I start writing about one thing and then realise there are three other things I need to consider as well. I also like that I can connect apps, which helps me keep everything organised.

I use Notion to keep a scheduled plan of my work and shared work across teams. I like having one shared platform for work-related things like plans and timelines instead of needing separate documents and spreadsheets. Its UI is super simple and clean, and the document view and shared templates work really well. It’s helpful to have everything in one place, and setup was very easy: I just signed in and connected my Google account.
