AI EngineerMid-Market (51-1000 emp.)A Flexible Workspace for Notes and Organisation
I like how Notion lets me keep my notes, tasks, and project-related information in one place. It's useful for organising my thoughts, documenting things I learn, and keeping track of work without having to switch between multiple apps. I also like that I can customise pages based on what I need, whether it's a simple checklist or more detailed documentation.

Small-Business (50 or fewer emp.)Flexible Idea Boards—But Features Need Better Guidance
I find Notion easy to use. It feels like a big, empty whiteboard where I can add photos, screenshots, and text, draw lines, and connect thoughts to make a timeline or map for my ideas. Adding visuals helps me visualize our ideas and deliver our thoughts.

I use Notion to organize all my client tasks, portals, and to-dos, as well as to assign tasks to teammates and communicate with clients. My personal assistant is my guardian angel, keeping my calendar up to date and handling more, too.
About
What is Notion?
Notion blends your everyday work tools into one. Product roadmap? Company wiki? Meeting notes? With Notion, they're all in one place, and totally customizable to meet the needs of any workflow. It's the all-in-one workspace for you, your team, and your whole company. We humans are toolmakers by nature, but most of us can't build or modify the software we use every day — arguably our most powerful tool. Our team at Notion is on a mission to make it possible for everyone to shape the tools that shape their lives.
