iOS DeveloperSmall-Business (50 or fewer emp.)Effortlessly Manages Data, Needs Better Image Handling
I like Notion because it's central for finding and accessing all the data we need for the company. It's easy to use and navigate through data with links and databases. I also find the integration with other tools a great addition.

Mid-Market (51-1000 emp.)Intuitive, Customizable, Lacks Robust Record System
I love the cohesive UX of Notion. It's incredibly easy to use while offering a lot of customization options. Pages and built-in smart features make it easy to tailor my workspace, and I really appreciate the AI chat. It provides a great place to store mental context and share ideas in a digestible way. Plus, the initial setup was very easy. Overall, I'd say Notion is a 9 out of 10 for me.

It’s very easy to navigate, and creating different projects is straightforward thanks to the clean, uncluttered UI.
About
What is Notion?
Notion blends your everyday work tools into one. Product roadmap? Company wiki? Meeting notes? With Notion, they're all in one place, and totally customizable to meet the needs of any workflow. It's the all-in-one workspace for you, your team, and your whole company. We humans are toolmakers by nature, but most of us can't build or modify the software we use every day — arguably our most powerful tool. Our team at Notion is on a mission to make it possible for everyone to shape the tools that shape their lives.
