For me, Notion is everything that MS Office lacks. It has integrated AI and serves as a one-stop shop for note-taking, travel planning, social media calendars, etc. I have set up my entire business processes through Notion. What especially stands out to me is the page system. I am also very fond of the keyboard shortcuts (for bullets, headings, and color), which I learned specifically to increase my efficiency. Overall, I have integrated Notion into my daily scheduling and note-taking, and I am very happy with it.

I use Notion to keep my promotions organized, track each one individually, and see them on a calendar and how they’ll be working. I find it manageable and quick for finding things, and I can use it in a web browser without downloading the app. It was a little complex at first, but pretty easy to learn.

It helps to have one place where I can keep my notes, tasks, and any information I’ll need to reference later.
