Very convenient ! It helps a lot with staying organized

Notion is the one place our team keeps documentation, process runbooks and project notes, and it's flexible enough that each department can shape it to how they work. Databases are the standout for me: I can turn a simple list into a tracker with filters, views and relations without needing a dev or a separate tool. The editor is quick to pick up, so new starters can find and contribute to docs from day one, and the integrations (Slack, Google Drive, and the API/MCP connector for AI tools) mean Notion content shows up where people already work instead of being siloed.

How customisable and intuitive it is to use - you can make whatever you need.
