I also think the API integration is really important as it aids seamless connectivity with other platforms and helps avoid duplicate data entry. I like using iTrent for HR and payroll because it works well and is an accurate system. I find it user-friendly and stable, which makes it easy to use. I also value the checklist feature as it has helped with processing.
