Ability to customise, date capture for changes

The suggestion box is really good and actually taking on people's suggestions. We had two systems that didn't speak prior so sickness automatically pulling through is great, saves lots of time. Drag and drop feature in the various places are also really useful. Having someone on hand when we need is helpful too.
